Optimizing Order Processing with Intelligent Solutions

Seamless Integration of Autonomous Robotics

To address the complexities of high-volume order processing, we deployed Geek+ Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) into the client's warehouse. These robots are designed to automate critical tasks such as item sorting and transportation, which previously required significant manual intervention. Optimized Order Management through Custom API Integration

Our solution involved creating a highly efficient Order Processing API, designed to sync the warehouse management system with the client's Magento eCommerce platform. The API allowed for real-time order tracking, automatic status updates, and seamless communication between systems, eliminating manual data entry. Synchronizing eCommerce and Warehouse with Magento

We seamlessly integrated the client's existing Magento eCommerce platform with our custom Order Processing API, creating a unified system for managing orders in real-time. Efficient Order Cancellation System

Our system ensures that orders can only be cancelled before they enter the processing stage in AMR. If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done through Magento, where the cancellation request will promptly update both the order status and inventory levels. For orders that have already started processing, cancellations are coordinated directly with Geek+, allowing for accurate inventory adjustments and maintaining process integrity.
