To improve medication management and administration, we introduced a real-time tracking system integrated with the client’s patient records and pharmacy databases. This system features a customizable Medsheet, which provides nurses and staff with detailed and up-to- date medication information, including dosage instructions and administration times. The Medsheet can be tailored to each facility's needs, ensuring accurate and timely medication administration while minimizing errors and enhancing patient safety.

The platform integrates seamlessly with third party pharmacy software IPS, ensuring real-time synchronization of data across systems.
