We introduced an instant pricing system to eliminate delays in obtaining PCB quotes. Customers can easily input design specifications, such as dimensions, layers, and components, and receive accurate quotes in real time. This system eliminates the need for back-and-forth communication, saving valuable time and enabling faster decision-making. The transparency and accuracy of the pricing system streamline the process, benefiting engineers and businesses by providing quick, reliable quotes for their projects
Seamless Order Management and Tracking
Our platform simplifies the entire PCB ordering process, providing end-to-end tracking from order placement to delivery. Customers can track their orders in real time, ensuring full visibility from design approval to production and shipment. This reduces uncertainty, allowing users to plan their projects more effectively. By automating updates and communication, we improve operational efficiency, minimize errors, and provide customers with the confidence of knowing exactly where their orders are in the production process.
Combo Creation and Production Process Optimization
The platform simplifies Combo Creation by grouping orders based on shared specifications such as material, size, and thickness. Admins can generate a combo with the required parameters, ensuring correctness before submission. Once combos are launched into production, the system tracks progress from Shearing and Drilling to Routing and Packing. Admins can manage delays or rejections and ensure that production timelines are adhered to. The ability to reject and relaunch Combos guarantees that no orders are missed or processed incorrectly, optimizing production efficiency.
Managing Quantities at Each Step in the Production Workflow
Our platform efficiently tracks quantities across multiple production stages, including Data Preparation, Panel Pending, Combo Generation, In Production, Routing, V-Groove, and more. Orders or combos are categorized as Completed, Pending, or Rejected at each step. Completed panels are moved to the next stage, while pending panel are tracked for necessary actions, and rejected are flagged for review. If any data is entered incorrectly at any stage, admins have the ability to edit and correct it, ensuring accuracy and minimizing disruptions.
Automated CAM User Task Management with Timer-based Workflow
For CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) users, we implemented a timer-based workflow that triggers a 24-hour countdown once a Gerber file is downloaded. This ensures tasks are completed within a set timeframe, maintaining a steady pace in production. CAM users have the option to submit or reject tasks, with the ability to provide reasons for rejection. The automation of this process reduces manual intervention, ensures timely file preparations, and minimizes the risk of production delays due to incomplete tasks, promoting a streamlined and efficient workflow.
Repeat Orders Management
Repeat orders are handled efficiently by our platform. These orders are processed directly, bypassing unnecessary steps in the workflow. This streamlined approach ensures that repeat orders are handled more quickly, reducing delays and enhancing efficiency. The system records repeat orders and ensures they are directed to the appropriate stage for faster handling and timely delivery.
