Client Growth Manager (USA)

Location: USA
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

As a Client Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, cultivating trusted relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients across the US. Your consultative approach will help you understand client challenges and position Metizsoft Inc’s solutions to deliver measurable business value. You will be the bridge between client needs and our technical teams, driving revenue growth and enhancing our brand presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle i.e., prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, product owners, and engineering leads.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery managers, and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and demos.
  • Research market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and provide timely forecasts and reports.
  • Represent Metizsoft Inc. at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with company growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development within the software services, product engineering, or digital transformation space.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with mid-market and enterprise clients in the US.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, and product engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive levels.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and sales analytics.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Agile development environments and collaborating with offshore engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with US tech ecosystems, innovation hubs, and key industry players.
  • Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, fintech, or logistics software sales.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
