It didn\u2019t.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Pain_Overbuilding_and_Overthinking\"><\/span><strong>The Pain: Overbuilding and Overthinking<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like most first-time entrepreneurs, I too wanted everything to be perfect before launching. My team and I spent months (okay, a year) designing the \u201cultimate\u201d platform with all the bells and whistles. We burned through our savings, worked sleepless nights, and built feature after feature.<br>And then&#8230; nothing.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We launched and barely got any traction. Users didn\u2019t care about the fancy features we built.
